After you get the Tea in the Celedon Mansion, Give it to the guard and he will let you into Saffron City. Go into Silph Co.(First thing to do besides healing and buying) and find your fay through and beat your rival and Giovanni and receive the Master Ball from the president. Now, you can go into the gym

∙ 13y agofirst you have to beat all the other gyms than go to the game corner than there will be a member of team rocket talk to him and he will battle you than you will have to beat him than check behind the poster by pressing A while standing in front of it and stairs will appear than go down them than you will have to get the elevator key than check around get every item in the pokeballs than go back to the silph co building and the rocket member will be asleep go in find your way to the boss and beat him. hope i helped you.

2. beat the celadon gym (grass type)
3. go to the Pokemon tower with the silph scope in lavender town. go up the stais until u reach a ghost (marowak disguised as 1) the silph scope will be used. go up the stairs and ebat the three team rocket grunts. mr fuji (the old guy) will take u to his house and give u the Pokemon Flute (which u will need to get 2 fushcia city) its safe to go to silph co now

∙ 13y agoTeam Rocket does not own the Silph co. building, although they took it over. You must beat them in their actual Celadon Game Corner hideout first, then in Pokemon Tower, and then you can challenge them in Silph co. You also must have beaten all gym leaders up to Koga.
