You can't get an infinite jump, only a real high one. When you are in Valor Form, you can jump higher than usual, in Master you can jump twice at a time, and in Final you can glide, where you eventually have to land. But there is no such thing as an infinite jump.

actually you can learn glide which lets you stay up in the air for a long period of time unless your going up stairs of something. if your going down stairs its awsome because the lower the stairs are, the higher you go XD

You can't get infinite health. The only way is to cheat. However, melding commands with soothing crystal will sometimes yield an ability called HP Boost, which increases your HP by a fair amount. You can also get more HP by beating certain bosses from the story and Mirage Arena.

Grievous isn't in LSWII, only the first one as a boss for Episode III. But, if you have a Lego Star Wars 1 save file with Grievous unlocked, you can go into Lego Star Wars 2 and buy the cheat "Use old Save", which lets you take all your old characters from Lego Star Wars 1 and play as them in Star Wars 2.
