How do you get jynx?

well you cant find it in the game. there is only one and that is by goin to the right house at the top left (there are 2 houses there so go to the right one) and trading a poliwhirl for a jynx. the only down side to this jynx, well to me anyways, is that like usual in traded Pokemon from in the game is that it has a really bad nickname. and remember the jynx will be the same level as your poliwhirl
in cerulean city theres a house by the pokemart and theres a old guy in it. talk to him and he asks you if u would like to trade a poliwirl for a jynx

First you need a poliwhirl then go to cerulean city in a house near the Pokemon center there's an old man looking for a poliwhirl if you give him yours he gives you a jynx.
