How do you get lugia to obey you after u traded it from diamond to soul silver lvl 100?

You go to your menu. Go under Pokemon, then click on Lugia and then tap on switch and choose the Pokemon in the first slot of your party. Then just exit your menu and Lugia will follow you. But he can't follow you in buildings. Hope I helped!!! :)
