You can only get meteor cave by getting lugia in your team. his dungeon is silver trench, and it is very hard plus it has one-room floors that are monster houses. you can get lugia the first time you pass through, so make sure the leader hits the final blow (say team then change tactics to get away). it is 99 floors. best of luck.
