How do you get metwo in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?

Mew is on Buried Relic 36-98F. After beating Kyogre on Stormy Sea 40F, Buried Relic will open. In Buried Relic, you beat Regirock on 15F, Regice on 30F, and Registeel on 35F and gather the Rock, Ice, and Steel Parts to get a Music Box. Keep the Box in your Toolbox as you venture through Buried Relic 36-98F, and Mew will randomly appear as any wild Pokemon. It has less than 1% chance of appearing on any floor, so you have to be very patient. Sometimes it will use Transform and give away its presence, which makes things a little easier. Once Mew is successfully recruited, it will teleport you out of the dungeon gratis.

To increase the chances of recruiting any wild Pokemon, you need the following:

• to be holding a Friend Bow (adds 10% chance)
• have room in your team and its body size (four members maximum, and total body size can't exceed 6 stars)
• you as the leader must be the one to KO the wild Pokemon
• you should be at least Lv90 (adds 25% chance)
• the foe must be within 1 tile of distance from you
• you must have obtained its Friend Area (unless the pokemon is Lugia, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Deoxys, a legendary bird, or Celebi, in which the Friend Area is given automatically)

In Pokemon Blue and Red, you have to unlock Western Cave, another 99 floors. Mewtwo is at the last floor. Friend Bow recommended. You can only recruit it the second time you go to Western Cave though:(. That means you have to go 198 floors total.

To get mewtwo in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon you must get Ho-oh to join your team, then a day or two after a cut scene will show a charizard and a blastoise in a dungeon, being defeated by a mystery Pokemon. The if you go to Pokemon square they will come to you and tell you about Western Cavern, that is where mewtwo is. It is a super long 99 floor dungeon which has strong Pokemon in. You might want to grab a friend bow and take it with you if you want to get him easier.

In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, Mewtwo's Dungeon is Unlocked by a Random Spinda's Cafe Mission that will be changed every day so keep looking.I am currently looking for a mission for Mt.Avalanche, Because I want Articuno. Anyway, It works like this:

Every Day Spinda's Cafe will have a different Pokemon at the Entrance on the Left side. They will aways have a mission for you to complete and if you find one for Sky Stairs,

I think that should unlock the Dungeon.

If I am wrong then it is a Challenge Request, (IS THERE A DIFFERENCE?!) And I don't really know if there's a Difference so I can't help you there, But I'm Sure that it will show up as a random spinda's cafe mission even if I'm wrong, Because that aways works no matter what.That, and it could be quicker to try and use the Bulletin Board/Outlaw notice Board to look for a mission that unlocks the Dungeon there. That is probobly the easy way.

Mewtwo's level depends on the mission but it's usually Lv.80. (Or that's what it said on serebii.net, =P.)

You need the Mystery Part or Secret Slab! You cannot recruit Mewtwo without it! They must be in the Treasure Bag or be Hold by the Leader to Work.Here is a Wonder mail Code for the Mystery part for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2: Time/Darkness.Then You can Send it to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 3: Explorers of Sky.
