How do you get mew on Pokemon rumble?

You have to release a Palkia, Dialga and Giratina all at the same time in the release station. Then you will get a message saying they left a mewtwo ticket; pick it up (You can only have one ticket at a time, so make sure you don't have any other tickets with you). You then go to the recruit station(Peferably the highest level one you have so mewtwo will be a good level) a new option will appear saying recruit using ticket, select this. Your mewtwo will then come out of the machine; pick it up.

There is a password that will give you 1 mew. The password depends on which region you have the game for. I am looking but have not found another way to get him yet.

After beating Dark Rust, head to Axle Town and go into the upper levels. There are some hard Battle Royales up there. After beating the Sixth Battle Royale, you can get Mewtwo.
