From what it looks like now, you can't get more then 1 Master Ball in any Pokemon game. However, you can trade them over to another Pokemon game. Example : If you need a Master Ball on Platinum, you can still trade it over from Diamond and/or Pearl, or even from HeartGold and SoulSilver. I'm afraid that's the only option to get more then 1 Master Ball.
What do you after you defeat falkner in Pokemon SoulSilver?
If you have more than one Pokemon than start with the Pokemon with the lowest level and build your way up because that is what he does too

Why is SoulSilver more expensive than heart gold?
There both the same, just some Pokemon appear more in Soulsilver than in Heartgold, same with Heartgold to Soulsilver. Also, Lugia, in Soulsilver, is level 45 when you find it, but in Heartgold you find him level 70, in Soulsilver Ho-oh is 70, but in Heartgold, he is 45. There is VERY little difference's between the two games. Also, not to be mean, but you spelled silver in Soulsilver wrong.

Where is it easiest to find shiny wild ralts on soulsilver?
Sameway you get any shiny Pokemon hunt for them until you find one. Shiny Pokemon aren't any more powerful than normal Pokemon, so just you use an ultra ball or a quick ball whatever. Hope I helped!
