How do you get oshawott snivy and tepig in Pokemon x and y?

Take your starter to the Pokemon day-care on route 3, put in a Ditto (You can Poketransfer over a Ditto or catch one at Giant Chasm. However, you will have to have beaten the game to unlock either.) as well and breed Keep going up to the day-care man every so often until he shouts at you to talk to him (Hey [player name]! Come over here!) if you have an empty slot in your party Talk to him and get the egg that hatches into the starter that you bred (you pick up your Pokemon later of course :)!)

It is also possible to find the starter via GTS and breed it.

It does not necessarily have to be bred with a Ditto. It can be bred with one of the Pokemon in the same egg group(s) as it. Snivy/Servine/Serperior are in the Field and Grass Egg groups. Tepig/Pignite/Emboar and Oshawott/Dewott/Samurott are in the Field Group as well.
