There is a house above the gym where it has been robbed by team rocket.
Walk through the house and the exit is there, in the house
then the team rocket member will battle you
after the battle go down until you reach the bottom of the town on the outside
and congrats your out

Go to cerulean city and theres is a cave but there is a man blocking the entrance.So you need to get the sapphire and ruby to celio. Give the two to Celio on Knot Island . If you dont know where the sapphire is it is on 6 island on dotted hole cut the door by using cut. A man named Gideon will steal the sapphire and you must get to him in five island in the rocket warehouse once you have the sapphire give it to celio. Now go to cerulean city and in the cave you go. Beware POKEMON INTHE CAVE HAVE LVS 46-67!
