It's very tricky and took me 5 days to get past. You first use strength (HTM) with one of your Pokemon then push all of the rocks down the holes. Then you go down the last hole. Move around for a few minutes and you'll get to the center then you climb down the stairs. If you are still stuck then there are plenty videos on YouTube to show you how to get out.
