hey dude ok ik alot of people are having trouble with this and you may have heard there was a bug in the game which i thought and if you were like me you got really pissed cuz i finally got celebi and your on your way to get the silver wing for lugia but thank god this is not the end. All you have to do is go battle morty in the burned down tower and after he gives you the fixed vervsion of the ghostbuster and there you have it hope i helped and i was not to late before you gave up

∙ 14y agoyou must go to the burned tower in johto. then go the the middle hole where you find entui, raikou, suicunu en there is a guy deafeat him he fixed than your ghostbuster then you can past to the ghost.
