How do you get past the guy in front of the 6 gym on Pokemon firered?

I have not figured that out yet, but, someone told me if you go through a different spot in Mt.Cornett you can catch a certain pokemon. Well, i found the exit, but a Galactic Grunt is there, blocking it. He says "Please pay no attention to the lowly grunt without any pokemon." The person who told me this said if you get there, you know through that spot, the old guy will be gone. Now I'm mad because the dumb grunt wont move!!!

∙ 15y agoyou have to beat givoni team rocket leader and get the shlip co then you have to beat the marowack in lavander town and help mr.fuji and then go to safron and the guard by the big building will be aslepp then go inside get the master ball and the guard by the gmy will go away
