How do you get rotom in Pokemon platinum'?

Alright, you will need the following:

HM Cut

Someone who knows Cut

Acess to the Old Chateu!!

This needs to happen at 21:00 (9:00pm)

Go into the Old Chateu and go up the stairs and to the top entryway.

Then, go into the room 1 to the left and press A on the T.V.

Rotom will attack you!! rotom will be at level 20

Go to the Old Chateau in the Eterna Forest (need Cut)

Go upstairs and it's the second room to the left.

There's a TV in there, but this will ONLY WORK AT NIGHTTIME

which is 8:00pm-4:00am.

Check the TV and you'll battle Rotom.
