How do you get shamin in pokemon platnuim?

shamin can be caught by using these four steps 1.pick chimchar as your starter and have it or one of its evalotions in your party 2.use the odd keystone in the tower near solaceon town 3.talk to 50 people underground 4.go back to the tower and a level 100 shamin will appear
