It's super hard Because you cant catch a squirtle anywhere else. So probably its impossible you have to catch a squirtle, wartortle Shiny <.< to get a shiny Blastiose. The chances of seeing one is Like 1/3456543 Pokemon You see. (The number was made up) but its about that close. You can probably trade it over from friends or if you have a ds, Pokemon game for it. diamond/pearl/Platinum you can go to gts and trade for it. If you have wi-fi connection..
