To get the enigma stone, trade it as a mystery gift.
Sometime soon, there will be a Nintendo event. But if you have a Action Replay, you can cheat.
you don't, it was a Nintendo event. Unless you have an action replay, this is unobtainable. I mean, yeah, you could trade it over wifi, but those chances of finding one are not that great

You can get one now in Pokemon Heartgold/Soulsilver.. Go to mystery gift and get it by wi-fi. It will last until late august.
no you can get it in both heart gold and soul silver. you get it with a wi fi event that past already.

HEY, hey, hey! If you have wifi, you can ger ir. Just connect to it, (press via WFC), and you get it. Go to a pokemart, then Pewter City, in the museum. Talk to steven.

∙ 12y agoThe enigma stone was handed out through an online event. Using the Wi-Fi mystery gift option, you could download the enigma stone for a short time. However, the event has long since passed. There are no current events that allow you to get an enigma stone, either.

∙ 13y agoThe enigma stone is an event item. You have to have Wi-Fi to acquire it. That Wi-Fi event is long gone, so you cannot get the enigma stone without cheating or using an AR device.
