Shaymin doesn't evolve but it can change into a new form called its Sky Forme and in order to do that, you need the item the Gracidea Flower which you can get from a lady with blond hair in Floaroma Town but in order to get her to give you the flower you MUST have an event Shaymin meaning one that was downloaded from a Mystery Gift event whether it was at the Japanese movie or at a store.

It isn't the evolved form of shaymin it is the same Pokemon. To get it you trade your ordinary land form shaymin to Pokemon platinum and it changes into sky form. Only problem is Pokemon platinum dosent come out in England until next December. Hope this helps.
