"You have to have Pokemon colosseum and a gba/cube link cord then you trade the starters to one of the gba games (ruby sapphire emerald leaf green or fire red) then you migrate!"
AnswerMigrate the johto starters from emerald to Pokemon diamond or pearl card. Answeryou can also get the johto starters from FireRed by seeing all 150 Kanto Pokemon then go to professer oak he will give you a totodile, cyndaqill or chickorita. Then migrate them to diamond or pearl. remember you have to have at least 6 Pokemon in your PC so be careful.the way i would recommend it would be like this:get two nintendos and two Pokemon games when you see the first Pokemon center go up then go to the second lady and you give your starter Pokemon to your friend after all that you start the game all over get a different starter Pokemon and give it to your friend do this until you have all three or later on the game trade with a friend who has all three starter Pokemon and trade or wi-fi or go into the global trade station to get the Pokemon you must have seen the Pokemon in battle to obtain the three starter Pokemon
The only 2 ways to get the 3 Johto starters in Diamond/Pearl is via migration from a GBA game or via trades.
Sorry No you can see some of the johto league Pokemon on Pokemon diamond and pearl if you go to the battle tower. ive seen a totodile and a cynaquil already. ;)
OK I'm going to improve the answer to this question because the guy before me wants to be an a#$ about it. I don't think you can catch Pokemon from Johto in Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, but I do know they are coming out with a remake of Pokemon Silver, Gold, and Crystal. It is for the DS so you will have to trade between someone with a Silver, Gold, or Crystal version to your Diamond and Pearl game.
No, Kanto is not available in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum. The only games that allow players to arrive in Kanto from a different region are Pokemon Silver, Gold, Crystal, SoulSilver, and HeartGold.
Yes if you want it on pearl
In Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, you find a old man at route 212 with a Leafeon.
Obtain 200 Pokemon in Pokemon ruby, sapphire or emerald, then go to professor birch and you get to choose one of the johto starters, then you migrate the starter you chose to Pokemon, diamond, pearl, or platinum.
not originally, but if you migrate them then yes.
Pokemon Pear [and Diamond] is located in the Sinnoh region. You will not be able to get to the Johto region unfortunately. Sorry.
You can't get to Johto region in Pokemon Diamond/ Pearl, but you start there in Heartgold/ Soulsilver.
By trading the other starters with other players of Diamond or Pearl.

The only way to get the Sinnoh starters in Pokemon HG/SS is to trade it from games Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
You can first collect all of the Pokemon for the hoen dex in Pokemon emerald you will get 1 of the 3 Pokemon gold/silver/crystle series starters then use the get all of the starters trick to get them all then migrate them to Pokemon diamond or pearl.
sorry but you have to get another diamond/pearl/platinum game and trade the other starters from there.
