You don't. Once you repair the power plant, you can go in the kanto radio station and once you get the card/upgrade for your radio, than (while in kanto) go to your radio and do you see the silver circle around mittle of bottom screen? Drag that with stylus to top of "globe" and you will be on the pokèFlute channel! That is the game's replacement for an actual pokèflute. enjoy!

∙ 12y agoSave Mr. Fuji from the Rockets in Pokemon Tower (Lavender Town). It requires the Silph Scope which you have to obtain from Giovanni after defeating Team Rocket in the underground hideout of Celadon City's Game Corner. (Switch behind the poster on the back wall - Door to the right of it.)
