You have to wait until level 23 for Papa Smurf to send you on a 24 hour quest. When the Smurf comes back he is with him and you will be given the option to upgrade papa smurfs house which you have to do for 500u coins

∙ 11y agoWhen you have the sanctuary, click on the tree stump that come with it and a menu will pop up. Select your desired food (make sure to check the cost and what animals if brings) Wait for the amount it says, and when the time is up, click on the animal sitting on the tree stump.
*make sure you have an available habitat in your sanctuary. If you don't just build one the same way you build other things
The animals will sometimes go out into your village.
Smurf on!
Another way to get the animals to keep track of special smurfberry offers, or see in the build menu if there are and animals you like

There is a strategy to build as many houses as your Village can hold and then fully upgrade them in order to have as many smurfs as your village can bear.You can build more houses, buy more smurfs, or upgrade you houses that are already there. Every time you build a house, an extra smurf comes with it. You can also buy a smurf if you save/buy enough smurf-berries.
