You have to find out the wondermail code to get the amber tear, check on the bulleton board and you will find it some day like i did and i had both of them golden mask and amber tear but i losted it :( Hope I helped tho! :) I got the codes for mystery part on the bulleton board

I get your point, Wigglytuff are awesome and so hard to find, which can be frustrating. but you can find them at the Marine Resort, on the 14-18 floors. Take a Friend Bow, OR a golden mask, OR an Amber Tear with you. if you don't have any of those, just try your best.
