Unfortunately, there is no Wonder Mail code that allows you to purchase or otherwise get the Friend Area 'Legendary Island'. However, you can still recruit Articuno, Zapdos or Moltres and either one of them will give you the Friend Area for free.
The process of recruiting them may be frustrating, but it is well worth it; as once you recruit one, the rest are sure to follow. Just keep in mind that your team can be no more than four members and must have a combined weight of six stars or under.
An item that will definitely help you recruit Pokemon is the Friend Bow, which you equip to your lead Pokemon for effect.
