well i have 4 blue tool boxes and there are 8 all together. the fourth is on the peak of the swinter mountain and if u have the Basketball shoes u wont use the platforms there r a lot of cliffs so u have to jump 1 to 1 and keep going up until u find a little indent in the wall you look in that indent and then u will find ur bluebox

You can get to the roof top from 2-3. Instead of getting in the spaceship at the end of 2-3, take the fixed car up to the next level. Wait for the blue ladder on the left. Go to the left & across on the red & blue balloons. Go up the stairs it will lead you to through toolbox. You will have to cross the balloons to get to the other rooftop where you will have to activate the red switch, then go back and get the toolbox.
