∙ 12y agoSee all the Pokemon Sinnoh has to offer, then go to Professor Rowan's Lab in Sandgem Towne. Afterwards, Professor Oak from Kanto appears, gives a greeting to Professor Rowan, and gives you the National Dex.

∙ 12y agoYou can get national dex when you finish the pokedex. Go to Sandgem town and talk to professor Rowan. He will explain boring things.The professor oak comes out of nowhere and gives you the national dex.After oak leaves Rowan will give you a pokeradar as a gift for completing the dex. You will be able to do a lot of unusual thing after that. Now pal park is finally open. So get your gba migration process up and ready!!! You can only migrate once a day.
The PokeRadar can be used in tall grass to find shiny Pokemon, the glowing patches are the ones with possible shinys in them.
