On the first level of lost island you can only get the relic after you retrieve the dual pistols or the shot gun after that go back where you started the level and shoot the hooks holding the boxes and one of them will fall into the water and one of them will fall on the ground.
The one that falls on the ground will open one side of the box and will have the relic inside it!
