1.) Groudon - After beating the Pokemon League E4 and Champion, go to the Weather Institute and talk to the guy at the second floor, and he will tell you that drought occurs in a certain route, go to the route the guy tells you and find a cave, it's the Terra Cave, inside is Groudon.
2.) Kyogre - After beating the Pokemon League E4 and Champion, go to the Weather Institute and talk to the guy at the second floor, and he will tell you that
rainfall occurs in a certain route, go to the route the guy tells you and find a deep part of water where you can use dive, beneath i a cave, the Marine Cave, inside is Kyogre.
3.) Rayquaza - After the story where Rayquaza stopped Groudon and Kyogre's fight, go to the Sky Pillar, use a Mach Bike to pass the floor cracks, move up to the top floor, there is Rayquaza.
Regis:
1.) Regice - In route 105, unlock the Island cave, inside is Regice.
2.) Regirock - In route 111, unlock the Dessert Ruins, inside is Regirock.
3.) Registeel - In route 120, unlock the Ancient Tomb, inside is Registeel.
Note: You only have one chance on catching this legendaries, if you defeat them, they will permanently be gone. So make sure to save before you fight them.
