check every trash can in the room until you find the first switch, the second switch should be right next to it. normally the second switch is to the left or the right, it is never above or below. keep trying until you find it, it took me a long time to do this.

Do you mean the tricked out floors? Just look at the arrows, and see what path they go on before you step on them. If they lead to a grey/black block thing then you will stop there. It may take a few times if you want to also battle all the trainers in the gym, or if you just accidentally screw up. But it's not impossible.

Defeat Misty, the Cerulean City Gym Leader

Have the S.S. Ticket

Enter the S.S. Anne

Obtain HM 01
