Enter through the Celestic Town entrance. Go north, west, & down the stairs. Go north again & down the next stairs. Surf north & get off. Up the stairs to the west, go north, & go up more stairs: the ones to the east (the only stairs). Then go north, then west, then out. You are on route 216. You can get to Snowpoint now! By the way, you see Maylene again on the way!
