It's easy just go through either the Oreburgh side,and Surf over to where you need to use Rock Climb I would prefer you use a Empoleon for where you use Rock Climb go up the stairs and keep on going until you reach the snowy part. By now you should have defeated some Galactic Grunts.Explore a whole lot then you should be in a cave again,find the exit. By now you should either be in another snowy part, or at the spear pillar if not explore some more.Defeat Saturn,Mars,and Jupiter, then battle Palkia.

∙ 14y agoIt's so easy. Reply to me back and I'll make you a video of how to get though. But I'll tell ya the Hm's you need to get through. Hm Rock Climb, Hm Defog, Hm Surf and Hm Strength. I'm not sure about Hm Rock Smash but bring it in case.
