Get to 5th floor. Use the tile that is most down and left. Then use the tile you appeared on again, Walk right and you can get the CARD KEY. Then you must go the the third floor and open the most left door and use the tile located there. It will take you to your rival, and after that you can go and fight Giovanni.

∙ 10y agogo to celadon city go into the celadon mansion and on the first floor talk to the lady she will give you tea and go to the guards gaurding saffron city and give them the tea then in saffron go into the skyscraper.
p.s. the place is crawling via team rocket, team rocket scientists, and civilians

∙ 12y agoFirst,get the silph scope.You can get it after defeating ream rocket in Celadon City.Then, you go to Lavender town.Get to the top of Pokemon tower.After you beat team rocket at top of Pokemon tower,talk to Mr.Fuji.He will give you the poke Flute.After that, you go to Silph Co. The guard will be sleping.That is the way to enter Silph Co.
