go to canalave by Surfing with a water typed Pokemon. after beating canalave you can now use strendth to move boulders and going through mt coronet there is boulders. you push those and get out and eventualy get to a blizzard and make your way up to snowpoint city and beat Candice {gym leader}.

∙ 14y agoReggigigas? You have to catch Regirock, Regiice, and Registeel. Then go back to the Temple. Reggigias will awaken and attack. This is when you can catch it. Regigigas will be at level 70. To get the other three Regi's, you may need to trade with friends or over the GTS.
