How do you get to 5th gym in pokemon FireRed?

first you have to defeat all the rockets then defeat Giovanni in the silph co which you get in there by defeating Giovanni in the game corner then defeat Jessie and James in the Pokemon tower in lavender town then an old man gives you a poke Flute
