u have to go to Sootpoolis and go to the cave and Wallace is there and u fly to pacific log and you surf to your right and then wait until u find an opening and go up but u need a mach bike to do this...

∙ 14y agoEazy! You keep on going up and up the steps until you see Raquaza. Then, you press A while standing next to it. It will make a sound and fly of. Go to the last Gym, I think....
