How do you get to buried relic on Pokemon Blue rescue team?

After you have completed the story, finish stormy sea and after a few days a PKMN news issue will appear speaking about a new dungeon. After reading this go talk to Lombre, them talk to Shiftree, and you will unlock the buried relic for exploration.

And how if you are all ready way further in the game? :(

The Answer Above is all true, however there was a little error

1: Finish the game

2: Talk to medicham outside your house, then talk to lombre and unlock stormy sea

3:beat stormy sea

4:make sure your post box is empty and i mean EMPTY.

5: Just do a dungeon (Like tiny wood but it doesn't really matter which dungeon you do) and if you check you mail box, you wont see the normal options, it will just come up with 'Buried Relic Discovered' if this did not happen, keep emptying your mail and just beat tiny woods. (This might take a while if you haven't catched up with your mail from the start like me ;D )

First, beat Rayquaza and beat the game. After that, you go to Stormy Sea, and beat Kyogre. Then, talk to Lombre and he'll talk about the Buried Relic and how Shiftry knows where it is. After you talk to Shiftry, you'll be allowed to go to Buried Relic. Watch out! Buried Relic has 99 floors and has 3 bosses: Regirock on B15, Registeel on B25, and Regice on B35. If you get all the parts that come from the bosses, you have a chance of finding a Mew between floors 36 and 98.

After you go to the Stormy Sea Pelipper will give you mail talking about the buried relic. Talk to lombre first then Shiftry, and he'll give you access to the buried relic
