First, you go to Pallet Town. Don't just rush through it, take time to enjoy it. Pallet Town goes way back and it's really fun to be back there. Enjoy the music, talk to everyone. Once your done, use Surf on the water. Keep following the line of trainers until you get to a island. You'll know it's Cinnibar if Blue is there, jagged walls, and a Pokemon Center are right in plan sight. :D Have fun and try to get your Pokemon to show some respect to Blue.
