I know this may sound disappointing but to get Destiny Tower you have to beat the game then make drinks at Spinda's Cafe. However, it may take a long time because it's so random. I had once gotten it but my game crashed and I had to turn it off but I didn't save it.

∙ 14y agoYou have to go to spindas cafe and drink as much as you can. If you get lucky you'll drain the cup and find the location of Destiny Tower. You may already know that Destiny Tower is insanely hard, requiring all to tackle 99 (Yikes) floors alone with no store-bought items AND to start on floor 1 at Level 1. However, the reward is a Item that boosts all your moves power by 150%
