You need action replay. You use the eterna boat club event. whatcha do is you need a party of dialga, palkia, mespirit, uxie, azelf and giratina. go to route 211 at eterna entrance at the stroke of midnight. when u batlle a wild pokemon, hold select, start, a, x, l and UP. when u come out of da battle there is cave entence go in2 it your in the eterna boat club. complete it and u get a boat to floaroama island and you can even get celelebi there.
