Goldenrod City is home of your third Gym Battle against Leader Whitney, who uses normal types. Also, Prof. Oak's hotel is in Goldenrod City, but I'm not sure if that has any meaning or not. also theres a train station there but i dont know how to get on it

∙ 11y agoTeam Rocket is just like any other opponents, if you have enough Pokémon's, you can defeat him with no problem. If you have several, that's even better, but just remember, even if you raise two of the same Pokémon in the same way, they can still be different from one another.

∙ 12y agowhen you get to kanto and have 13 gym badges go back to safron and visit copycat, she seems to be missing a doll.Now, go to vermillion and visit the Pokemon club talk to the guy at the table who found the doll, feeling sorry he will give it to you. Once the doll is returned to copycat she will give you a train pass (sorry i don't know the train times)
