Yes you can, I believe Bill gives you a pass after retrieving the key from the building{forgot what it's called xP} and using it, he'll appear and ask you if you want to. SO make sure you say yes and it'll lead you to islands 1,2, and 3 {other islands like 4,5,6,and 7 come later after doing another task}. And this is on Pokemon version Firered, knowing because I own it myself c:. ~user naturallyinsane

∙ 15y agoWhen you get to the island by boat Bill gives you another map piece. On the right side of the map theres two boxes. One of those boxes switches the first map to the next on the next map you can choose which island and then fly there. ~Katie
