How do you get to kanto and catch all the legendaries beat the johto league and get all the kanto badges and get more than one master ball and clone the legendaries?

You go to the city that has misty as the gym leader (i think blue city or something. the color of the houses' roofs are blue). Remember the guy that used the detecting machine thingy and said that he thinks that there is a really strong Pokemon? Well, he means Mewtwo. First you win the Elite Four, get the Pokedex filled up, make sure that you have 1 space left for your Pokemon to go into your bag, not the computer, have this item that's called power's gene i think or something like that, fly hm, and surf hm. Now, listen carefully. go north of the city. Then, go west. Go all the way to the south. You meet a cave that has no entrance right? well, it does have an entrance but you just can't see it. Be at the right side. You weren't suppose to use surf by the way. Then press down twice. You'll be in a dark cave. You won't be able to see. You can't use flash hm. that's the problem. somehow, go around the cave once. then, bingo. there's Mewtwo. it'll be on level 70 (probably). Be prepared! Make sure you have a strong Pokemon, super balls,and a master ball and stuff. note; SAVE BEFORE YOU FIGHT IT!
Okay other sources say you can't, but I don't believe it. But the last answer says that you have to have enough money to buy enough balls to catch every Pokemon in the game which numbers in the hundreds, also you have to find it then navigate through a dark cave where you can't use flash, only have 5 Pokemon in your party, and then fight a level 70 Mewtwo while being able to put it to sleep and catch it which means having like 20 more ultra balls, some revives, and some elixers. NOT WORTH IT!
