How do you get to larvaridge town in Pokemon Ruby?

From Mauville City: Travel up Route 111 until you reach the desert. At the entrance to the desert turn left so you walk into Route 112. Keep following the path so you end up at a mountainous area. Ignore the cave entrance to your left and walk upwards until you see a building. Go inside this and talk to the lady there. She'll take you up the mountain in a chairlift. Once on top of Mt. Chimney, walk downwards so you enter a place called Jagged Pass. Walk through Jagged Pass. When you exit it at the bottom, you'll come out on Route 112 again. Turn left and keep walking and you'll end up in Lavaridge Town.

One Problem: There are two team magma guys blocking the way to get to the building. When and how do they leave?

You must take the lift that's right before the entrance of Mt.Chimney. You must beat team Magma first to get them out the way, if you haven't. To do that, head to the Meteor Falls cave that's after Fallarbour town.

This is applies for Ruby, Saphire, and Emerald.

go up to mount chimney and when u get to the top, go down the scorched slab and when u get to the bottom u will be in lavarige

You must take the Cable Car on Route 112 to the top of Mt. Chimney and take the Jagged Path down to Lavaridge Town.
