The caves are mixed randomly every time you play. Try searching around till you find a room that has a huge column and the unown's writing. NEVER walk out in the same way you came. this will bring you back to the first room, and if you try going back it will be the same as the first room. If the number on the wall is 1,1 then the room connects to another room with the same column but says 2,2. That room connects to a room that says 3,3. I would save once you find the first room with a column, then just look in all of the caves. If it is the wrong cave, turn off the D.S. and try again, till you get to the next room with 2,2. Then do the same thing until you get 3,3 but don't try for 4,4. Search for a room with 3,30 and Giratina should be close.
