you have to have palkia or dialga, you can get palkia or dialga at spear pillar.
But if you want mesprit dont use the master ball on palkia and dialga. this is only on diamond and pearl in platinum you get to sunyshore city by catching or defeating giratina in distortion world or reverse world

∙ 15y agomake sure you have lots and lots of max repels then go to mt coronet and go through to get through search it on YouTube then when u get to the top you whup team galactic's butt then you go to dialga if u have master ball then just throw it dont attack if you dont you will have to do it the normal way after you catch dialga go back in mt coronet go out of the nearest exit fly to where sunyshore city is then go and the guy blocking the way is gone

∙ 14y agoFirst go to pastoria city and beat the gym. Then go to canalave and beat that gym. Then later in the game you have to beat the snowpoint gym. Then the man who sais you can't pass will have moved. Hope this helped!
