How do you get to the Pokemon league in emerald?

you have to beat all 8 gym leaders. once you've beaten the electric leader talk to the girl on the beach she well give you the WATERFALL HM then once you've crossed the ocean using surf teach one of your Pokemon waterfall, and climb the waterfall. be sure to heal your Pokemon before entering victory road!!! because it is the longest toughest cave in all of sinnoh then once you have beaten victory road climb the waterfall and go in the castle and youre there! good luck :) (Pokemon pearl)

To get to the Pokemon League you first have to battle Giratina, Palkia, or Dialga (depending on which game you have.) To get to Spear Pillar, you have to get your seventh gym badge from Candice in Snowpoint City. Then, go to Velistone City and go to the the Galactic HQ. Once you make it to Boss Cyrus, You'll have to battle him. After you beat him, you will get a Master Ball from him. Then, you go to Mt. Coronet from Hearthome City and make it to the top by passing the summit and stuff. You'll have to verse those annoying Grunts and Pokemon. Once making it to Spear Pillar, you will have to verse 2 Galactic Grunts, Mars and Jupiter (You get Rival on your team for that battle), and Boss Cyrus (For Diamond and Pearl only.) After beating them, you challenge Dialga or Palkia. You may knock them out or capture them. After versing Dialga/Palkia, you go to Sunnyshore City and then you'll see Flint. He'll talk to you and then run away. After that, go to the lighthouse, go up the elevator and talk to Volkner. He'll go to his gym. Then, you must do the same. After getting your 8th gym badge, go to the tiny beach and talk to Jasmine. She'll give you HM07 Waterfall. Then, surf until you're right in front of the waterfall. Use waterfall to go up the waterfall. After that you'll be at the Pokemon League. BUT, you won't be at the entrance of the Pokemon League. You'll be at the entrance of Victory Road. At Victory Road there is a bunch of trainers. After a long time, you'll make it to the exit of the Victory Road. Exit Victory Road and you'll see the entrance of the Pokemon League. Enter the Pokemon League and verse your Rival. After versing him, you might want to cure your Pokemon and buy A LOT of medicine. Once you enter the door, there's no way to get out. You must verse the Elite 4 and Cynthia to get out of the Pokemon League. (Note: To skip the credits, you turn off your DS after it saves!)

Go to Ever Grande City. Make your way through Victory Road. Then enter the big building that is at the end of the brick path. Go inside and get prepared for the Pokemon League. ^^
