First get the card key on floor 5 or 6 then go to floor 3 and open the door to the left its guarded by a rocket next go to the teleporter in the room and you will be on floor 7 now beat your rival and talk to the guy nearby he will give you a lapras next go to the teleporter nearby beat the rocket and beat Giovanni and then talk to the president he will give you the master ball.

∙ 13y agoGo to the fifth floor. If you don't have the card key yet, go all the way to the left and then down. Head into the teleport tile right next to the rocket grunt, and once you get teleported, take the same tile back. Walk right. The itemball you find is the card-key.
Go to the third floor, walk all the way left and down and open the door there. A person will stand between two beds, and you can heal up there. The rest is just following a straight path. Good luck.
