If you have the lift key that you get on B3 in the rocket game corner then go to B2 and use the floor panels to get you to the lift now go inside and take the lift to B4 when you get there beat the two rockets and then beat the boss when you beat him he will leave the silph scope take it then go to lavendar town and go inside Pokemon tower get to the top beat the rockets and talk to the old man he will take you to his house talk to him again he will give you a pokeflute, now go to saffron city and enter the silph co building go to the 5th floor and go south you will find a rocket and a portal beat the rocket then go to the portal then you will arrive on a different floor go back on the panel you came from and your back on the 5th floor now go right and theres the card key. Now go to the 3rd floor and beat the rocket and open the door nearby then go into the portal that's in the door, now your on the 7th floor beat your rival then talk to the guy he will give you a lapras now take the portal that you didn't come from and now your on the last floor. Finally defeat the rocket that's up ahead then open the door and beat the boss again then talk to the old man he will give you a masterball. Now get the 7 badges then go to viridian city and go to the gym and beat the boss rocket for the last time.
