How do you get to the light house in soul silver?

Go trough the window you'll fall down and there will be a rare candy. Go inside and climb the ladder. Then jasmine will tell you to get a special medicine. Then bring it and she will heal amphoros then you can battle her. Just make sure you bring a fire type like typhlosion. Ur welcome

• Go inside the Kimono Dancing house in Ecruteak City. Beat all 5 girls (who between them have 5 Pokemon - Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon, Umbreon and Espeon - each level 17).
• When you've beaten each Kimono girl, head towards the exit, but before you do, talk to the old guy with a Pokemon nearby. He's the guy who mentions how his Rhydon has never left a scratch on the girls' Pokemon. He should give you HM03, which is Surf.
• If you haven't got one already, acquire a Pokemon that can be taught Surf (any Water Pokemon basically) and then teach the Pokemon Surf.
• Acquire the first 4 gym badges (from Violet City, Azalea Town, Goldenrod City and Ecruteak City) - I'm unsure which badge needs to be acquired before Surf can be used outside of battle, so it's best to get them all.
• Visit the Lighthouse and battle your way to the top. On the top floor (after battling a good few trainers), you should encounter Jasmine - the Olivine City gym leader - who is tending to a sick Ampharos. Talk to Jasmine and she explains about how Ampharos needs to be cured. Here is where you're required, head off to the sea in the South West corner of Olivine City.
• Heal your Pokemon before you head off towards Cianwood City as you'll be encountered on the way, either by Tentacool and Tentacruel or by a trainer. You may wish to arm yourself with a Grass or Electric Pokemon for this, or at least a Pokemon that knows a Grass or Electric type move to make it easier.
