Entei is obtained by snagging it from Cipher admin Dakim at Mount Battle, the Realgam Tower or the Deep Colosseum. Suicune is obtained by snagging it from Cipher admin Venus at the Under TV studio, the Realgam Tower or the Deep Colosseum. Ho-Oh is the hardest to get. You can only obtain it by beating Mount Battle in Battle mode (100 battles in a row) with your story mode party.
