The seventh leader is Candice of Snowpoint City. You must travel through Mt Coronet to reach the path to the city. The easiest way is to go west from Celestic Town and enter the caves, then find the basement and go north. Once you reach the outside, it should be snowing. Travel west, then north. Bring plenty of items, as there are many trainers and it will be constantly Hailing in battle.
You need to find the secret key in Pokemon mansion on cinnibar island after doing so you can open the gym inside you can battle the 7th gym leader.

In Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition, you get a Bulbasaur from the a girl in Cerulean city as a gift. Her house is next to the Pokemon Center. However, you can only acquire Bulbasaur from her if Pikachu's happiness is high enough
there is no cinnabar island in sapphire. cinnabar is on firered and leafgreen. also in Pokemon yellow special pikachu edition ^_^ don't forget that dude...
No you cannot. Yellow version (Special Pikachu Edition) is a Gameboy/Gameboy Color game, whereas Emerald is for Gameboy Advance. The Gameboy Advance cannot connect to previous Gameboy systems.
You need to have the special edition Pikachu Pichu. You know the Pichu you find in the forest ? Go with your Pikachu Pichu out next to you, then when the normal one comes, they will meet then Celeby will come out of the shrine of the forest. I think so :/
Trading from Red version to the Special Pikachu Edition is exactly the same as trading to Blue. All you need is two Game Boy systems (or GBAs or GBA SPs) and a Link Cable. Simply connect the two games and talk to the lady in the Pokemon Centre to start trading.
No, the only Pokemon Special Pikachu Edition is the official name for Pokemon Yellow which was only released for the Game Boy and Game Boy Color. They are not compatible with any version of the DS and the last Nintendo handheld game system that can play them is the Game Boy Advance. However, due to the Virtual Console system on the newer DS models, there may be a re-release of Pokemon Yellow sometime in the future.
